My BIG Holiday Extravaganza

Well, I had SO much fun all day yesterday watching to see what you all brought to show off! I am going to have a really hard time narrowing it down to just one favorite. I really appreciate all of you who came and linked up and I hope you will bring another project next week!

I spent all day yesterday at my little one's preschool participating in their annual Holiday Extravaganza. Extravagant...probably not, but I had a good time. We had MAYBE 20 people muddle through during the big Thanksgiving Feast hour, but other than that...dead...I did manage to sell a painting, my cute little birdie wreath and one of my burlap market totes. The poor girl sitting next to me didn't sell one thing. Thankfully I was sharing the cost of a table with Marye Jo of Miss Mary's Candy who is one of my sponsors. She did a great job luring you in to try a sample of her melt in your mouth caramels. Once you did, there was no turning back. You HAD to have more. She's lucky the sweet tooth sitting next to her didn't wipe out her sample bites while she wasn't looking. They really will melt in your mouth!

You gotta love the Elevator Equipment sign behind our picture. I probably should have staged that a little better! I had fun decorating my side of the table and meeting a few new people, one who even linked up with us yesterday and made the cute little coffee filter wreath!

Notice the sheet music candles? I think Pottery Barn made a pit stop at Miss Mustard Seed's Blog before they came up with their holiday decor. I copied these from the catalog. The sheet music is everywhere!

If you are local or close by, Consigning Interiors is having their Holiday Open House this weekend, starting tomorrow. There will be lots of food and a chance to vote for your favorite booth! I am off to make my food contribution....Buffalo Chicken Dip...YUM!!!

  1. Hi Kelli, Your pillows and wreaths look wonderful! It's a good thing I was not sitting next to the caramels! I would have eaten up all the profits.

  2. Thanks for the mention! I think you should definitely try the wreath, especially with the brown filters. It would go with your stuff so well. Sorry the thing wasn't more productive - I think there was a little disorganization on that one. But I'm glad you were there & that I've found your blog!!

  4. Oh my! Melt in your mouth caramels?? I would have had a real problem there...with wanting to eat her entire inventory! Ha! I love caramels!!
Sorry you didn't sell more of your items though! That sucks!

  7. I just popped over from MMS.... Can I just say I am IN LOVE with this blog?? (swooning and drooling here). I agree with you about the PB thing. I told Marian that I seriously thought they knocked HER off....It's no coincidence to me that they all of a sudden have all that burlap and sheet music...glitter ornaments... COME ON! Would love for you to hop over and visit me. I'm following along with you now. :)
