CI TOUR....SORT OF......

I had full intentions of giving you guys a CI tour tonight. I got to the shop around lunch time after spending the morning finishing up a couple of projects. Mom and I were able to get the big china cabinet in the store today along with the small buffet that I had at Urban Green. I moved it over because I had no where to put my lamps! I promised Shannon I would replace it soon. I started the photo tour for you on the outside of the store and got two shots. I then walked inside and snapped one more and my battery died! That is not smart on a blogger's part. So here are the 3 pictures I took before the crash and I promise I will get in there and take some more really soon.

We still don't have walls up and we have a big pole to decorate around. This is the first time I have ever had to decorate a space with no walls and it has created a serious challenge for me. If you go in there over the next couple of days, be gracious! I am still trying to figure out how to make it work. I am really visual. I have to move things all over the place before I say, "okay, done." And I am NOT done.  My one wall is still in bad shape too. It's all good though because I LOVE Chris, who owns the place now, and sweet Jenn who is his assistant. Dean who is working up front is also precious!  In the words of ANNIE...."I think I'm gonna like it here!"

  3. Hey! I love reading your blog and stopped in Urban Green the other day. Love that place. Saw my friend Toni there who has the jewelry in the hallway, adn the other 2 rooms on the left are 2 of my Market merchants so that is fun!
My dad and I have a booth and hoover antiques and Chris is great! You will love working with him. I'll haveto come to CI and check it out soon. Have fun putting your new space together! I know it will look great! Lauren Weathers

  4. Kelli,
Can you put some walls up? I did a couple of times in spaces with no walls...added old doors (different colors and styles)...some really cool old screen doors...this really made my spaces very nice...maybe it could help you too:)

    Blessings,
    Linda
