Callaway Gardens with the family was so enjoyable. The girls look forward to this trip almost as much as they look forward to the presents under the tree. It was a very short trip but we loaded it down with plenty of small town shopping, great barbecue and a Fantasy in Lights spectacular.
I was able to snap a great photo of the two of them together. This is a VERY rare occasion because my little one doesn't usually want to cooperate.
My oldest is sporting her newly acquired contact lenses, a little early Christmas present from Santa. She is in LOVE and I don't blame her one bit. She comes by it honestly....I am blind as a bat. I could not function without my contacts!
The towns of Warm Springs and Pine Mountain were quite lovely. We didn't buy much but we enjoyed looking.

Our little elves arrived from the North Pole right before we left. As soon as we got home, the first thing my little one did was make them a bed, right under the Christmas tree. They haven't gotten into too much trouble yet, just a little chocolate nibbling and a few rolls of toilet paper wrapped around my kitchen. They can make a pretty big mess, but thankfully the girls have to clean up after them. I am very anxious to see what they will be up to tonight!
