COFFEE BEAN GLAZE

I was cooking spaghetti tonight and my dog started yapping, letting me know someone was at my door. I wasn't expecting anything but it was the UPS man. What in the world? I didn't order anything....it's not Christmas or my birthday......but it sure felt like it! I opened it up and found a sweet letter from my blogger friend Karen, all the way across the country in Sunny California. She sent me a congrats gift for winning the Miss Mustard Seed Challenge. I was so excited to open it and find this!

What is it you ask?? A big glass jar full of Karen's Coffee Bean Glaze tied up so adorably with a little brush and some gauze to apply.  YIPPEE! This girl is a glazing pro. She uses glazes not only on furniture but she actually gives people's cabinets a makeover! That would totally stress me out.

Look at her buffet in the corner. It looks exactly like my very first piece I blogged about back in November. The piece that  named my business and gave me vision for how God could use me  in this land of blogs. You can find that post here.  I love this little dresser too! It's rubbed down with this glaze as well. Isn't it cute?

Karen, thanks so much for the glaze! I can't wait to try it out! I have a french dresser downstairs right now that is about to get a dose of some coffee bean.......
