RESTORED IT WEDNESDAY

I've been looking this week around the blogs for inspiration for my kitchen cabinets. I can't decide if I want to wait to replace them or if I want to go ahead and take the doors down and paint them again. I love how Katie at Creativly Living Oustide the Box, used chalkboard paint in the backs of her cabinets. It makes her dishes pop and also gives them fresh whimsy.

And Oh my..my..how I love this kitchen island and it's fabulous bling hanging above it by Lynda at Hapenstance Home.  I love how she creativly placed a piece of furntiture as an island and opened up the back for easy access to it's contents. CLEVER! And I just had to put her logo up here. This picture of her dog just makes my heart melt!  Look at those eyes!

Great job ladies and thanks for the inspiration!

Now onto the linkup! Let's see what you have made look better than it did before! All I ask is that you link back with my button and share the link directly to your blog.
Have fun!

  1. Wanted to drop you a line regarding your kitchen. . . .I recently had a leak and had to rip out the cabinets. I installed bead board and open shelves. I linked up a sneak peak, and will post the final reveal once it's done (this coming weekend probably) Good Luck!
