Urban Green

urban green

A few days ago I had to have a dreaded conversation with my sweet friend Shannon at Urban Green. I absolutely love this girl and her precious shop but I soon realized that I had jumped to quickly with a second space. I found myself spread out too thin and neither shop was better for it.  Honestly, I was selling so much at Consigning Interiors, I didn't have time to add new things at Urban Green. When the only big piece I had at Urban Green sold this past week, I went into panic mode to get a new piece done. I finished it, and it found a new home before I could even get it out of the garage!  In order to find more time to create things for both spaces, my girls would have had to suffer for it and that I am not willing to do.
Well....I guess you live and learn.
So for now, this will be my one and only home. And I LOVE it.

  1. It's hard to make decisions like that, but how wonderful that you're pieces are in such demand!

  2. Tough huh?! Good decision though. All my kiddos are little too and I have to constantly remind myself that they won't be in the house for long, and I'll regret it if I spend all this precious time working! I can do that the rest of my life :)

  4. Not sure if you got my comment earlier this week when I stopped in CI on Tuesday. In the event you didn't I said that I loved what you did to the farm table you painted and distressed ....great job.
Also, I hoped to find one of your book page wreaths but unfortunately didn't see one in your booth.
