Happy Mother's Day! As you celebrate today with your family, please keep all of the precious mothers who have lost children in this storm in your prayers, not only in Alabama but in our neighboring states as well. I can only imagine how difficult today is for them.......

I am thrilled with the response I have had via email and word of mouth about this online auction. It has AMAZING potential if we all work together to make it great. I know a lot of you are working hard on your items and your posts.  I cannot wait to see what you have to bring to the table! As these auctions come up for bid, I would like to ask you to please hit the tweet button and the facebook button as you go through each item. This will not only help to spread the word about the auction but it will boost exposure to the sweet people who are participating. I am also reminding you to grab a button and put it in your sidebar. I am compiling a list of links on my sidebar, who are advertising and or participating. I can't catch all of the advertisers so if you don't see your name, shoot me and email.

Remember a few weeks back, I won the Miss Mustard Seed copy me challenge. It was so much fun and Marian sent me a box loaded with Mustard Seed goodness. So my first item will be ............




a turquoise ball jar with zinc lid, complete with the "official" Miss Mustard Seed tag. I was torn giving this up.  It was one of my favorite items that I won.....but Holy Cow, I still have my house and my family. I also thought, if it was my favorite item, then maybe it might be yours too!! I  hope this will be a hot item for you guys!! Remember 100% of the proceeds will go to the relief and rebuilding of Alabama through the Christian Service Mission and The Birmingham Dream Center.
