PART OF MY SIGN


I have been trying to think of something inviting and creative to go on my back wall in my new space.
I have the mental picture of how I want it to look, I am just working it out in real life. I went to Joann's Fabrics and Crafts and found these giant paper mache letters. My thought is to spell out
R E S T O R E, decorating each letter in a different and creative way. It took me two days to get the R done. It's probably not a great way to spend my time but I think the drama will be worth it. I have ideas for each letter and they will all be suspended in miss matched frames.....I think....( insert nail biting).  I'm a little nervous about all of this!! YIKES! I got the floor painted....FINALLY! And I am meeting James, our muscles at the store, in the morning with paint. He is going to paint the walls Ben Moore Decorator White.
Things are coming along!

Maybe I will be ready to move some things in of Friday.

    It's totally worth the time. It looks so great. It will definitely stand out and I love the idea of the different frames! Can't wait to see the rest of the letters...even if it does take a month :)

    Great idea. Sounds like so much fun! Don't you love when an idea in your head comes to fruition and it is better than you ever thought? I think it's well worth your time :)
