MY FIRST BIT OF PRESS


Welcome to year number 2 of Restore Interiors! What a way to start it off by having the privilege of being on our local news channel's morning show, The Talk of Alabama on ABC 33//40.  Savvy Mom, Doran Helton came to the store with her camera man today to shoot video on painted furniture. I was able to talk about this blog, share what kind of products I use as well as do a little commercial for Urban Suburban. I was so incredibly nervous. Jenn said when they first got there I looked like I had just lost my best friend. But everything turned out fine. Once you get me comfortable, you can't get me to shut up. I am sure there will be a lot of editing.

I am not exactly sure when it will air, but I will keep you Birmingham folks posted as well as have the video here on the blog for the rest of you.

I was able to bring my oldest with me to be my camera girl and my moral support. This is me and Miss Doran. Isn't she a cutie?
