Some of these photos date back to the early 19th century. They are really amazing to look at! I found some with men working on the railroad, soldiers coming back from war, family photos on farm house steps, and so many more. I think I may adopt a few of them into my family.
This morning, while I didn't have the kids, I spent a few hours taking pictures for Homewood Antiques and Marketplace's blog. I had a load of fun shopping and taking pictures. One booth in particular sent me back to middle school..................
I'll give you this picture and the rest you will have to hop on over and read on their blog! Here is the link. I would love for you to follow me there! www.homewoodantiquesandmarketplace.blogspot.com.

how much was the lunch box... i think i need it. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love your shells. Old photos....I have a big box of old photos, but, lucky me they are all relatives. Some I knew when I was a child, and others were long passed and my grandma would share where and when and who the photos were and about. Every couple years, I go thru these photos with my 2 daughters, and they feel so lucky to have these memories as do I. Take care. paula
