IN LIEU OF RESTORED IT WEDNESDAY THIS WEEK................
It is finally time to reveal the big secret! My friend Stacey of Faux Studio Designs, had the honor of meeting Annie Sloan at a recent event she attended. She brought me back a signed copy of her new book, "Creating the French Look" as well as one for you!! That's right!! In honor of the opening of Stacey's studio, she and I have teamed up to run a little contest this month. Between now and September 1st, you will have the opportunity to link up your best chalk paint project. If you already have one, that's great, go ahead and link it up. If you don't have one yet, that's okay. You have until August 31st at midnight to link up your project to be eligible. Not only will you win an autographed, copy of Annie's book, but Stacey has so generously offered up a can of Old Violet, a color chart and two official chalk paint brushes. How great is that??? At the end of the contest, Stacey will pick her favorite project and we will send you the goods! I absolutely cannot wait to see what you come up with. I will keep this contest on my nav bar so that it will be easily assessable to link up your projects. Please be sweet and only link up one entry. If we find a double entry, one will be deleted for you.

This is a great giveaway, but unfortunately some of us do not have paint or a piece to paint. It's very conditional for a giveaway! However, may the best piece win.
