First of all I have to give a HUGE shout out to one of my readers Lucy, who commented about my computer. A few days ago I was packing my computer to be sent off to Toshiba. Just in time, Lucy made a comment here on my blog. She let me know that her computer used to crash like mine and the repair man told her they were sensitive to dust. She told me to vacuum out the bottom and side vents and VOILA!! It worked! It's not hot anymore and it's not crashing! LUCY! If I could jump through this computer and give you a big ol' hug, I would. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Welcome to Restored It Wednesday! This week I chose to feature this lovely dresser by Design Par Deaux.
I love what you can do with these little retro dressers. To me, it's a fantastic, blank canvas, allowing you to paint just about anything on them. They are great for stencils, hand painting, numbers.....the sky is the limit.

Here is one of my numbered chests that I did back in the summer.

So, next time you see a great deal on one of these, don't pass it up! They have so much potential.

What have you been up to this week? Grab a button and link up something that you have made look better than it did before. Have fun!
Thanks for hosting Kelli. Love the 'numbered' dressers you showcased.

Thanks so much for hosting...I love your chest and the one you featured - awesome blue color. Hope you're having a great week (I'm going to have to try the vacuum computer thing...I've lost 2 other laptops to overheating!)
ReplyDeleteKelli, Thanks for hosting this great party! (and apparently my chair posted 3 times so you can delete 2 of them -- #11-13 -- sorry)
