Angel Baby

Well, I finished up round one of decorating at the shop and forgot to take pictures!! I totally had my camera too! The weather is really bad here today and I was rushing out trying to avoid the tornadic activitiy and get my kiddos from school..UGH.. Oh well, I am going back on Thursday so I'll get some for you then. It's starting to look really cozy in there!!

AND for a little bit of housekeeping..My twitter account was not connected right and I just noticed it today. Programming this blog has been challenging! I have never done anything like this before on my own. I am so grateful to you bloggies out their who share their Blog building knowledge! I couldn't have done it without you!! Anyway..I know that a lot of you reading enjoy twitter so I would LOVE IT if you would follow Restore. The link to the right works now. You can just click the graphic and it will take you straight to my twitter page.

Since I don't have the pictures I wanted to today, I thought I would share with you my latest Fresh Water painting. I have this hanging in the shop. This past February, we lost our son Elijah to a disease called PUV. He was born full term but only lived for 8 hours. I was holding him when he went home to be with Jesus. I pictured one of the Father's angels coming to get him and taking him home. This is what came out of my head. What a blessings that little fella was! His blog is still up if you ever want to poke around on it to get the full story. You can see it on my profile.

Tomorrow if the weather will let me, I am going to attempt a few things. I really need to paint this desk, and I am contemplating trying out a drop cloth slipcover for my parsons chairs. SCARY... I've never slip covered anything that big before!

The chairs are for my dining room. I am in the middle of redoing it. If I can find my before pictures I am going to throw those out tomorrow so you can see where I am and follow me while I finish it up! Oh I hope I an find them!! You would not believe the pepto pink walls and the blue curtains that were here when we moved in. It looks so different now!!
Ya'll have a great night! I'll see ya tomorrow!
