RESTORED IT WEDNESDAY

I just rolled into Alabama from Washington DC. I just about kissed the ground when I got out of the car. Good grief, that is one long drive. I have loads of laundry calling me, bags to unpack and my own bed is calling my name. I tried to connect on the way home with our mobile hot spot to go through your links and it just wasn't happening. So, I think instead I will share with you the highlight of my trip.

My sweet husband drove two hours north of DC for me to be able to have dinner with my sweet friend Marian, Miss Mustard Seed, at her lovely home in Pennsylvania. I was thrilled to be able to see her gorgeous home in person and be able to spend a little time with her and her precious family. The time went by way too fast. Abbie, my four year old had a blast hanging out with her two boys and talked about them all the way back....is STILL talking about them. We sat on the back porch, eating lasagna and talking about ministry, business and decorating. It was so much fun. Thank you sweet Marian for having me in your home. It made my trip!
